Becoming my body, becoming myself, becoming my selves, becoming...

The order in which we move is rigid. It assigns the body its place and its function, it guides our vision, judgment, pleasure, excitement. The matrix is white, Christian, binary, rigid.

Bishop Black wants movement, mobility, the expansion and extension of his space. He seeks to disengage the body from the grips of the matrix, from the harm of the sexualizing, colonizing gaze. What he eats, how he dresses and moves, it all serves to bring his own body to the ready – against the order.

Bishop Black is driving decolonization; movement for movement, with every sound layer, every video layer, every muscle movement, with every sentence he counters the pressure of the old polar axis powers of sexual identity and racial identity and opens the gravitational field to a third, open, unknown pole.
